This brightness is layered with soft floral accents that add elegance, while classic juniper and resinous pine provide the backbone of structure and dryness. Tasting Notes
Nose: Forest pine and juniper up front, lifted by fresh lemon zest, sweet orange and juicy tangerine.
Palate: Ripe orange and sweet sarsaparilla balance classic juniper, candied lemon and fennel, rounded off with a whisper of sea salt.
Finish: Lingering lemon verbena and fragrant palma violets, with sweet liquorice notes and a cool touch of fresh menthol.

Production
Blackeye Gin is distilled by Hawkridge Distillers in Compton, near Newbury, Berkshire, a small-batch craft distillery known for exacting, traditional London Dry production. The gin went on to win a Double Gold Medal (95/100) in the Best Gin category at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, less than a year after launch.
